With the spirit of our corporate philosophy of "wa" (harmony), we strive to create an environment where each employee feels fulfilled and can work energetically. We aim to build a rich cycle where employee happiness leads to company happiness, and company happiness, in turn, leads to customer happiness.
The Executive Officer in charge of Human Resources and General Affairs will become the Chief Officer for Health Management, leading the health management initiatives. The Health Management Promotion Committee, which includes members from the Safety and Health Committee, along with the Human Resources Department, will drive the promotion of health initiatives. This will be done in collaboration with the health insurance association, occupational physicians, and external counselors to advance health promotion efforts.
To ensure that each employee remains physically and mentally healthy, we will implement the following initiatives to create a comfortable working environment and promote health maintenance and enhancement:

Health Maintenance and Promotion
To improve employees' health and health literacy, we will expand optional items in health check-ups and encourage participation. Additionally, we will support employees' voluntary health activities and provide opportunities for increased physical exercise.

Mental Health Support
We will conduct stress checks and analyze the results to explore measures for improving the workplace environment. Furthermore, we will establish occupational physicians and external counselors to ensure the mental well-being of employees.

Enhanced Communicationn
We will increase opportunities for employee interaction and promote a transparent and open workplace where employees feel comfortable discussing any issues.
